CONTRACT RECRUITER (Approx 6 months)

Manufacturing Facility - Minnetonka

Bi-Lingual a Plus 

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (In Office)

$30/hr

 

Due to rapid growth, this position will be responsible for actively recruiting for hourly manufacturing positions along with some lower level professional level openings.

 

Requirements:

• MUST be ITAR: (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) requires that employees accessing defense-related technical data or hardware be "U.S. Persons" (citizens, permanent residents, or protected individuals) 
• Proficient with MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word
• Computer savvy - able to navigate multiple platforms - linkedin /careerbuilder / job networks, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven history of excellent attendance and punctuality
• Strong phone skills
• Not afraid to pick up the phone and make multiple dials a day
• Must be self-supervised and self-motivated 
• Adaptable to change directions at a moments notice
• Pre-hire 7 year criminal background check, Drug Screen
