Schedule/Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (may include occasional evenings/weekends)

Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is actively seeking an EHS Specialist for a manufacturing client in the Centennial area. The ideal candidate will oversee Environmental, Health, and Safety programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while promoting a strong safety culture across the organization.

 

Job Highlights:

• Maintain and oversee EHS programs to ensure OSHA and environmental compliance
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Lead safety training and enforce PPE compliance
• Monitor workplace conditions and identify potential hazards
• Maintain OSHA logs, reports, and safety documentation
• Support continuous improvement of safety policies and procedures

 

What we look for:

• 5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance
• Experience with incident investigations and safety program implementation
• Strong communication and training skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or EHS certification preferred
• OSHA certifications and/or CSP a plus
