Accounts Payable Specialist

 Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm (overtime as needed)

Job Duties & Requirements:

• Receiving and sorting supplier invoices, segregating and tracking in the system.
• Provide backup coverage for employee expense reporting.
• Ensure proper approval for non-inventory invoices.
• Accurately input data into system and make sure coding and allocation are correct for appropriate accounts.
• Reconcile statements with invoices.
• 2-3 years of accounts payable experience.
• JD Edward software experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong computer, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Dip/GED required.
