If you enjoy hands-on work and want to build real skills in manufacturing, this is a great place to start.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble and package finished steel products
• Support machine operations (presses, brakes, panel benders, etc.)
• Handle materials, crating, and general production tasks
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean work area

Training & Growth

No experience? No problem.

• Paid training on 1st shift until fully qualified
• Opportunity to learn machine operation, forklift operation, inventory, and multiple production processes

Shift & Schedule

• 2nd & 3rd Shift openings
• Must be willing to train on 1st shift
• Full-time, consistent hours

What We’re Looking For

• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to lift 20 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout shift
• Strong attendance and work ethic
• Team-oriented with a safety-first mindset

Work Environment

• Manufacturing setting with varying temperatures
• Exposure to noise and dust
• PPE required (safety glasses, earplugs, steel/composite toe boots)
