? What You’ll Do

As a Production Associate, you will help manufacture, assemble, and package steel ceiling products used in major commercial and industrial buildings nationwide.

Your daily tasks may include:

• Assembling materials & packaging finished products
• Material handling, crating, and machine helper duties
• Keeping accurate production & quality records
• Supporting machine operations (turrets, brakes, presses, panel benders, tube benders, etc.) once trained
• Maintaining a clean, safe work area
• Following all OSHA & company safety procedures

? Training & Growth

No CNC or metal fabrication experience? No problem.
We will train you on 1st shift until you are fully qualified.

Once trained, you may assist with:

• Forklift operation
• Panel assembly & infill pad creation
• Inventory counting
• Machine operation across multiple departments

? What We’re Looking For

• Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, not required
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and move safely throughout the workday
• Willingness to learn multiple machines & processes
• Ability to lift 20 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally
• Strong work ethic and great attendance
• Team player with a safety-first mindset

This is a manufacturing plant environment with:

• Varying temperatures
• Occasional loud noises & dust
• PPE required (safety glasses, earplugs, steel/composite toe boots provided or required)
