Dispatcher

An Edmonton client is seeking a Temporary Dispatcher to join their team.

Dispatcher Highlights:

• Manage daily shipping and receiving tasks, including processing 10–25 BOLs and handling rebookings as needed.

• Communicate with 10–25 drivers daily and coordinate with a team of 15 operations staff to ensure smooth workflow.

• Maintain accurate records and reports using Excel and email to support fast-paced office operations.

• Daily use of SAP EWM and SAP ERP Central Component software.

• Follow all company-established safety guidelines and procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in dispatching, shipping, or logistics preferred.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency with Excel and email; experience with SAP software an asset.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to temporary or potential permanent employment.

Hours & Wage:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• $22/hour

• 30-minute lunch, two 15-minute breaks
