Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for suppliers including ordering, delivery details and troubleshooting
• Coordinating delivery schedules
• Tracking and managing inventory
• Maintaining accurate records
• Compiling data and generating reports
• Supporting auditing activities

 

Requirements

• Previous administrative or customer service experience in an office environment
• Experience in logistics or supply chain is preferred
• Strong English communication skills spoken and written
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Professional, positive and friendly demeanor
