Shift: M-F 8am-5pm
Pay:$80-90k

Duties:

• Lead and manage employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, and advising management on HR matters
• Oversee core HR operations such as benefits administration, workers’ compensation, FMLA/leave management, and compliance
• Manage full-cycle HR processes including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle activities

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Human Resources experience
• Experience with employment law, FMLA, and workers’ compensation
• Strong employee relations & conflict resolution skills
