We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finish Carpenter to join a growing construction team in Aumsville, OR. This role focuses on high-quality finish work, with a strong emphasis on restroom partition installation. Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, strong craftsmanship, and experience working in commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and assemble restroom partitions in commercial settings
• Perform finish carpentry including trim, fixtures, and detailed woodwork
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and installation instructions
• Measure, cut, and fit materials with precision
• Ensure all installations meet quality standards and specifications
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of finish carpentry experience required
• Experience with restroom partition installation strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to lift materials and work in a construction environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
