Pressure Washing Technician
Location: Penn, PA
Pay: $15.00/hour (opportunity for increases based on performance)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8–11 hour days based on workload)
Additional: 1–2 weekends per month; overtime available

About the Position:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Pressure Washing Technician to join a growing team in Penn, PA. This is a physically active, hands-on role involving the cleaning of equipment, vehicles, buildings, and surfaces. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working independently in a variety of environments.

Responsibilities of the Pressure Washing Technician:

• Pressure wash equipment, vehicles, buildings, decks, and floors
• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment
• Travel to job sites and complete work efficiently
• Inspect surfaces and ensure quality cleaning standards are met
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Work independently and manage daily tasks effectively

Requirements of the Pressure Washing Technician:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR required)
• Ability to pass DOT physical, background check, and drug screen
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with equipment
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Ability to perform physical labor, including climbing ladders and lifting
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying conditions
• Ability to get in and out of truck beds and perform upper body-intensive tasks

Training:

• Approximately 30 days of hands-on training provided
