Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Strapper to support production and packaging operations. This role is responsible for securely strapping finished products for storage or shipment while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Strap, band, and secure packaged materials according to established procedures
• Inspect products prior to strapping to ensure quality and proper alignment
• Operate manual or pneumatic strapping tools safely and efficiently
• Stack and stage finished products for storage or shipping
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety guidelines, production standards, and work instructions
• Communicate any quality concerns, damaged materials, or equipment issues to supervision
• Assist with additional light production or packaging tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse work is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
• Ability to perform repetitive motions, bending, and reaching
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
