We are hiring through Express Employment Professionals – Salem, OR for a dependable and experienced Professional Cleaner. This full-time position services residential homes, move-in/move-out apartments, schools, and office buildings. Previous professional cleaning experience is required to be considered.

 

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and can maintain high cleaning standards in a variety of environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed cleaning of residential homes and apartments
• Complete move-in and move-out cleans to high quality standards
• Clean classrooms, offices, and common areas in schools and commercial buildings
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, and high-touch areas
• Remove trash and replace liners
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow cleaning checklists and client specifications

Required Qualifications:

• Previous professional cleaning experience required (residential or commercial)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Professional attitude and good communication skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license and provide own reliable transportation
• Candidates must be able to travel outside of the Salem area, including Stayton, Dallas, Monmouth, Woodburn, and other surrounding towns
