Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per Hour (DOE)

We are seeking experienced and reliable Framing Carpenters to join a growing team in the modular and commercial construction industry in Aumsville, OR. Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and work orders
• Frame walls, ceilings, floors, and roofs using wood or metal studs
• Measure, cut, and assemble framing materials with precision
• Install structural components including subfloors, sheathing, and headers
• Inspect and repair damaged framework as needed
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely
• Follow all safety regulations, building codes, and job site protocols
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of framing experience (commercial or modular preferred)
• Knowledge of framing tools, materials, and construction techniques
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical plans
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying job site conditions
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday schedule
• $20.00 – $23.00 per hour, depending on experience
