Quality Assurance Manager

Located in Bloomington, IN

Salary: $35.00 / hr+

Job Summary:

• Leads quality department and programs to meet business plan goals and expectations
• Act as primary customer interface in the process of investigating and resolving customer quality issues
• Serve as the primary quality assurance resource to department supervisors
• Serve as primary lead for problem identification, resolution, loss reporting, and continuous improvement

Experience Required:

• Strong analytical, decision making and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy
• Working knowledge of machining and other fabrication processes
• Working knowledge of modern quality systems and processes
• Quality management experience in a manufacturing environment required

Location: Bloomington, IN

Position Type: Direct Hire

Pay: $35.00 / hr + Based on Experience

Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM / Monday-Friday

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail and ability to reason and think quickly
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication, inter-personal, numeric, and problem solving skills
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative environment
