We are looking for an energetic, people-first individual to join our team! If you love solving problems, chatting with customers, and keeping things moving, we want to hear from you.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends!)
As our Customer Service Representative, you will be the "face" (and voice) of our company. Your main goal is to provide a positive experience for every person you interact with.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat.
Help troubleshoot issues and provide clear, friendly solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Work closely with the team to improve our overall service.
High Energy: You bring a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm to the job every day.
Experience: 1 year of customer service experience is preferred, but not required. We are happy to train the right person!
Communication Skills: You can explain things clearly and enjoy talking to people.
Reliability: You’re someone we can count on to be ready to go at 8:00 AM.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using basic computer programs and learning new software.
Consistent daytime hours (work-life balance is important to us!).
