An Edmonton client is seeking a Unit Clerk to join their team.

Unit Clerk Highlights:

· Create, maintain, and discharge residents' health records and other documents related to resident activities on the nursing unit.

· Transcribe and process medical orders from residents' physicians.

· Schedule tests, consultations, and appointments as required.

· Ensure accurate and organized recordkeeping in compliance with health and safety standards.

· Support nursing staff with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in health records management or medical administration is an asset.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Basic computer skills for documentation and scheduling.

· Excellent organizational and communication skills.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy regulations.
