We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to perform inspections, First Article Verifications (FAVs), and support quality processes in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong metrology and blueprint reading skills.

 

Quality Control Technician

Pay: $23/hr

Shift: 1^st shift Monday through Friday (6:00 AM-2:30 PM)

Location: Blandon, PA

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform FAVs (First Article Versions) on new, fabricated, and prototype parts

• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other tools

• Document inspection results in Excel

• Conduct in-process inspections and support audits

• Analyze defects and support corrective actions

• Maintain SOPs, QMS standards, and GMP compliance

• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

• At least 3-5 years of quality control experience 
• Ability to read & interpret engineering specifications & drawings
• Must be detail oriented and have strong problem solving skills
• Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
