Office Manager / Bookkeeper

 Lafayette, LA | $15–$20/hr. (DOE)

 

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and dependable Full-Time Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join a busy automobile leasing company in Lafayette. This role involves a wide range of accounting and financial responsibilities and requires strong organizational and multitasking skills.

 

 Duties:

  • Prepare bank and loan reconciliations

  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

  • Record daily financial transactions and complete postings

  • Process and write checks

  • Prepare financial reports and analyze data

  • Maintain organized financial documentation

  • Perform general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

  • Dependable with a strong work ethic

  • Positive attitude and team player

  • Comfortable working with multiple companies

 

 Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday; 40 hours per week

 

Pay:

  • $15–$20/hr. (Depending on Experience)
