Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM (Flexibility Required)
Pay Rate: $24–$36/hour (based on experience)

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join a growing medical manufacturing environment in Lake Zurich, IL. This hands-on, temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working on the production floor while also supporting coordination, documentation, and workflow activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on manufacturing and assembly activities in support of daily production schedules
  • Assist with production line setup, equipment preparation, and changeovers
  • Support daily workflow by gathering and distributing materials, tools, labels, and documentation
  • Review and submit production records in compliance with quality system requirements
  • Provide day-to-day support and guidance to production team members
  • Assist with onboarding and training new employees following established procedures and training matrices
  • Help communicate daily priorities, assignments, and workflow updates
  • Support quality and compliance efforts by following all SOPs and safety requirements
  • Assist with investigations related to non-conformances and corrective actions as needed
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
  • Ability to follow and reinforce standard operating procedures and quality system requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when completing production documentation
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional departments.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods in a production environment
