Express Employment Professionals is looking for a FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR for our Valdosta office.

Front Office Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Greet all visitors and applicants in a positive, professional manner
  • Answer and direct calls on a multi-line phone system
  • Administer skills evaluations and assist candidates with onboarding steps
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the staffing team as needed

Schedule & Pay:

Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
$16 per hour
Paid holidays and vacation after evaluation period

Front Office Coordinator Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ years of face-to-face customer service experience AND
  • 1+ years of office or business environment experience
  • Experience operating a multi-line phone system
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Outlook, calendar management)
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Organized, process-driven work style
  • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
