Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking skilled and detail‑oriented Gel Coaters for a well‑established manufacturing company in the Wyoming/Big Lake, MN area. Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $30.00+/hour DOE

• Schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Friday: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• Pay Frequency: Weekly

• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

• Location: Wyoming/Big Lake, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Apply gel coat to molds using spray equipment according to production specifications

• Inspect molds and surfaces to ensure proper preparation before coating

• Monitor gel coat thickness, color consistency, and overall quality

• Perform basic equipment cleaning and maintenance to ensure proper operation

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Qualifications

• Previous experience in gel coating, fiberglass, or related manufacturing preferred

• Ability to use spray equipment and follow detailed production instructions

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift

• Reliable attendance and a positive, team‑oriented attitude
