Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking reliable and detail‑oriented Chop/Laminators for a growing manufacturing company in the Wyoming/Big Lake, MN area. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, take pride in producing quality products, and thrive in a fast‑paced production environment.

 

Pay & Schedule

  • Hourly Pay: $27.00–$30.00/hour

  • Schedule:

    • Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

    • Friday: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM

  • Pay Frequency: Weekly

  • Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

  • Location: Wyoming/Big Lake, MN

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate chop saws and lamination equipment safely and efficiently

  • Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to production specifications

  • Apply laminates and adhesives to materials with accuracy and consistency

  • Inspect finished products for quality, defects, and proper dimensions

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures

 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, laminating, or material cutting preferred

  • Ability to read measurements and use basic hand and power tools

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift

  • Reliable attendance and a positive, team‑focused attitude
