Express Employment in Harlingen is looking for a Project Housing Manager for one of our clients located Raymondville. Some of the job responsibilities are:
Oversee and manage residential housing projects from planning through completion
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and inspectors to ensure project timelines and goals are met
Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and approve invoices and payments
Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
