Position Summary:
This is an entry-level role for certified welders interested in starting in assembly with the opportunity to grow into Welder I, II, and III positions over time. The role provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment while learning the skills needed to advance within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble enclosures, subassemblies, and metal products using hand tools, power tools, and tape guns

• Perform visual inspections and quality checks to meet standards

• Read and follow Bills of Materials (BOMs), routers, and assembly instructions

• Identify components and assemble products accurately

• Move materials and install components as needed

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

• Certified welder (MIG, TIG, or equivalent) Must be able to provide welding certs on request.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Comfortable working with hands and arms throughout the shift

• Previous assembly experience preferred but not required

• ERP system experience is a plus
