Senior Account Specialist II needed to manage high-value customer accounts and support complex pre- and post sales operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring exceptional customer service, inventory accuracy, and data-driven decision making. Must have Strong experience managing high-value accounts or similar role, Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel Required), Experience with Power BI or data analytics tools, Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, Excellent communication and organizational skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
