Our client in Willis, TX is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Forklift Operator / Material Handler to join their team on a full-time, temp-to-hire basis. This is a great opportunity to grow with a company that values accuracy, efficiency, and reliability in their warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Must be able to work shift 12:00pm-9:00pm, M-F
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently throughout the facility
• Perform cycle counting and physical inventory audits with precision
• Enter inventory transfers, scrap records, and production reporting into the system accurately
• Issue materials and maintain proper documentation for all inventory movements
• Support production reporting and ensure data integrity across all entries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to meet daily operational goals

 

Requirements

• Forklift certification or demonstrated forklift operation experience
• Cycle counting experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Strong computer skills — proficient with inventory or ERP software
• High attention to detail and accuracy when entering data
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

 

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $15.23 per hour after certification $15.73 per hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday — 12:00pm-9:00pm
• Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire (permanent placement opportunity)
• Location: Willis, TX
