Production Manager – Metal Fabrication
Location: Dallas, TX

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead operations in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment. This role oversees multiple shifts, drives performance, and ensures safety, quality, and production goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop production teams (supervisors & leads)

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery

• Analyze KPIs (efficiency, downtime, scrap) and drive improvements

• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams

• Implement Lean/continuous improvement initiatives

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in manufacturing leadership (metal fabrication preferred)

• 3+ years managing supervisors or team leads

• Strong knowledge of KPIs, Lean manufacturing, and process improvement

• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents

• Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred:

• ERP/MRP experience

• Lean Six Sigma or ISO experience
