We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist to join our client's finance team.

In this vital role, you will be responsible for invoicing our clients on time, managing outstanding customer accounts, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining positive client relationships.

Schedule: (M-F) 8:30am - 5pm

Pay Rate: $27 - $30/hr

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers initially via phone, followed up by email, or written correspondence to follow up on overdue accounts, ensuring clear and professional communication through excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Review and analyze accounts receivable data to identify delinquent accounts and prioritize collection efforts.
• Resolve billing discrepancies by investigating account issues.
• Process daily cash receipts to the proper accounts and work closely with our NSC corporate AR specialist.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as lab Managers and our corporate Accounting Department.
• Supports audits and regulatory reporting as needed.
• The role will report directly to the Accounting Manager and will involve working closely with Sr. Manager of Finance

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of AR collection processes, revenue cycle management, and Microsoft Excel.
• Effective phone etiquette and customer service abilities.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles including debits & credits, account reconciliation, and account analysis.
• Effective math skills for accurate calculations and data analysis in a fast-paced environment. Join us in a role that combines energetic engagement with meticulous attention to detail! • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance. (preferred)

Experience:
