Accounting Analyst

Salary: $24.00 to $26.00

We are looking for a detail-oriented and versatile Accounting Analyst to join one of our clients dynamic Finance Team. What You’ll Do:

• Own the AP Cycle: Manage vendor invoices, execute 3-way matching, and ensure accurate coding and approvals.
• Analyze & Reconcile: Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and intercompany balancing.
• Support Specialized Programs: Help manage our lease program, including cost tracking, fixed assets, and depreciation.
• Drive Innovation: Participate in system enhancements and automation initiatives to improve our workflows.
• Collaborate: Partner with Purchasing and Operations to resolve discrepancies and support sales/use tax filings.
• Audit Ready: Prepare schedules and documentation to ensure we stay compliant and prepared.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in accounting, AP, or financial analysis (internships count!).
• Tech Savvy: Strong Excel skills are a must; experience with Oracle or other ERP systems is a huge plus.
• The Right Mindset: High attention to detail, a strong analytical brain, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.
• Communication: Ability to work effectively with various departments across the company.
