Pay: $20–$25/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week | Start time at 6:00 AM

Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is now hiring a Batch Plant Operator for a reputable precast concrete manufacturer in Kansas City, KS. In this role, you will work closely with the Plant Manager and production team to ensure efficient and accurate concrete batching and production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and prepare concrete mixes using correct materials and specifications

• Assist with pouring and production of concrete products

• Work collaboratively with other plant operators to maintain efficient workflow

• Support general plant operations, including cleanup and organization

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

• ACI Certification preferred (not required)

• Basic computer skills

• 2+ years of machine operating experience

• 2+ years of construction experience

• High School Diploma or GED required

---
