Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | Full Time 

Environment: Exposure to chemical fumes, airborne particles, and industrial equipment

 

We are seeking a Chemical Processing Technician / Manufacturing Operator to mill and process precision parts and assemblies to finished dimensions using chemical solutions and etching processes. This role operates processing tank equipment and taper milling equipment while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are met.

This is a hands-on manufacturing role ideal for candidates with experience in production, chemical processing, fabrication, or industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect scribe lines and apply compounds to parts prior to etching

• Monitor and record etch rates, immersion times, solution quality, and temperature

• Process parts and assemblies in the correct sequence to meet specifications and production schedules

• Diagnose and resolve discrepancies such as etch pits, mask failures, and process inconsistencies

• Load and unload parts using racks or holding fixtures

• Perform additional tasks including masking, scribing, trimming, and general production support

 

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (or technical school certification preferred)

• Experience in manufacturing, production, chemical processing, or industrial environments is a plus

 

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands

• Ability to reach, handle, and manipulate parts and tools

• Regular lifting, pushing, and pulling of 50+ lbs

• Must be able to use a respirator.
