This role involves managing various administrative tasks, assisting with customer service, and maintaining effective communication within the organization. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in enhancing productivity and ensuring that all clerical functions are performed accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Assist in proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to information
  • Support team members with clerical tasks such as data entry, correspondence, and report preparation
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials for presentations
  • Handle customer support requests efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for clients
  • Utilize Google Suite applications for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations

Skills

  • Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications( excel, word, teams)
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Experience in clerical duties with attention to detail
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients
  • Previous experience as a clerk or personal assistant is advantageous
