Part Time Temporary Grounds Support Job Summary: An apartment community located in Cascade area is looking for a ground/maintenance person for the month of August.
Part Time Temporary Grounds Support Requirements:
- Weeding buildings/flower beds.
- Picking up small bits of trash throughout the property.
- Helping move large appliances with maintenance and an electric dolly, if needed.
- Power washing vacant garages and misc. areas on the property.
- Light cleaning duties including checking restrooms and amenities for cleanliness/toilet paper/etc.
- Mopping, vacuuming, dusting, etc.
Schedule & Pay:
- 8:00am-2:00pm; Tuesday and Wednesday (June 1st-August 31st)
- $22.00/HR
Part Time Temporary Grounds Support Qualifications:
- General handyman/maintenance knowledge is helpful
- Ability to work outside in all kinds of weather
- Dependable
- Customer friendly
- Takes pride in their appearance and dress
- Must have your own vehicle
- Must pass a national background check
- Experience in landscaping is helpful
