Call Router / Customer Service Representative (CSR)Position Type: Full-TimePay: $11.00 per hourJob Overview:Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Call Router Customer Service Representative to join thier team. This role is essential in ensuring efficient call routing, supporting daily operations, and delivering excellent customer service to our clients.Key Responsibilities:• Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner• Route calls accurately using the Ladybug system• Provide customers with general information regarding services• Assist with resolving customer questions and directing concerns appropriately• Maintain accurate customer records and call notes• Learn all office roles ("seats") and provide coverage where needed• Step in to support other team members during absences, high call volume, or operational needs• Support overall office operations as neededQualifications:• Strong communication and organizational skills• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment• Willingness to learn multiple roles and adapt to changing priorities• Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
