Project Manager – Reconstruction | Temp-to-Hire | $30–$40/hr + Bonuses | Shawnee, KS

Looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead reconstruction projects in the restoration industry. This is a great opportunity to join a growing, locally owned company where you’ll manage full rebuilds from post-mitigation through final completion, with strong earning potential through base pay, project revenue percentage, and performance bonuses.

Schedule & Pay: • Full-time, Monday – Friday • $30.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience) • Plus percentage of project revenue + performance bonuses • Temp-to-Hire • Paid weekly

Key Responsibilities: • Manage reconstruction projects from post-mitigation through final completion • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and internal crews • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets • Prepare estimates, track job costs, and handle documentation • Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the project • Ensure all work meets high quality and safety standards • Assist with billing, collections, and project closeout

Requirements: • Proven experience as a Project Manager in restoration, construction, or general contracting • Strong understanding of budgets, scheduling, and subcontractor management • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Clean driving record with no DUIs or suspensions in the last 5 years • Must pass background check (no violent offenses) • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
