We’re hiring a reliable Mill Operator for 3rd shift. This role involves operating production machinery, monitoring equipment, and ensuring materials are processed accurately and safely.Responsibilities• Operate and monitor mill equipment• Load/unload materials and maintain proper machine settings• Perform basic adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues• Inspect products for quality and accuracy• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work areaQualifications• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred• Ability to lift, stand, and work in a fast-paced environment• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance• Willingness to train and learn new processesBenefits• Weekly pay• Full-time, stable hours• Opportunity for long-term placement
