Salary: $16 - $17/hr.

Job Summary:

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced, safety-focused manufacturing team that will provide billing, clerical and customer service support for commercial locations.

 Experience: 2 years.

Pay Rate: $16 - $17 (Based on experience)

Shift: 7AM – 3:30PM, Monday – Friday (overtime as needed)

Responsibilities:

·        Manage daily information/documentation organized by customers to provide invoicing/billing for BDS-commercial division.

·        Process orders in WMS, schedule deliveries, and shipments of customer’s materials.

·        Effectively communicate with customers via phone or email on material status.

·        Enter data for multiple customers in WMS.

·        Monitors and audits inventory in warehouse based off inventory web-based system.

·        Maintain customer and company files both electronically and physically.

·        Verifies driver information and directs driver to dock door for delivery/pick up.

·        Create and distribute Customer Activity Reports (CAR).

·        Maintain office supply inventory.

·        Provide management administrative support as needed.

 Requirements:

·        Strong Customer Service Skills.

·        Experience with Billing and Invoicing.

·        Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.

·        Strong skills in Warehouse Management Systems (i.e., SAP, TMS, Mantis).

·        General Office Duties (i.e., answering phone, emails, fax, and copy).

·        Must have valid driver’s license.
