About the Role:

Do you have a sharp eye and notice the small details others miss? We’re hiring a Visual Inspector in the metal fabrication industry, where quality and precision matter. No prior inspection experience is required—just strong observation skills and a willingness to learn.

In this role, you’ll help ensure metal parts and finished products meet strict quality standards before they move forward. Your attention to detail plays a critical role in maintaining product excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Visually inspect metal parts and finished products for quality, accuracy, and appearance
• Use tools like fixed samples and Go/No-Go gauges to verify specifications
• Compare dimensions and finishes to blueprints and work orders
• Approve products that meet standards or flag items that need rework
• Support overall quality efforts in a fast-paced fabrication environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail—this is the most important part of the job
• Highly observant with the ability to spot small imperfections
• Willingness to learn—no prior inspection experience required
• Comfortable working in a production or manufacturing setting
• Reliable, focused, and team-oriented

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of consistent work history (any industry welcome)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent use of hands for handling and inspecting parts
• Occasional bending, kneeling, crouching, or climbing
• Strong vision (close-up, distance, depth perception, and focus)
