Compensation:

• Base Pay: $30,000 – $48,000 annually (hourly equivalent)
• Commission: Eligible after 90 days (in addition to base pay)

Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients seeking a driven and results-oriented Unified Office Consultant (Outside Sales Representative). In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and delivering customized office solutions including IT services, printing, and office supplies. This is a field-based position focused on growing territory sales and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business within assigned territory (Gregg and Harrison Counties)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Sell a variety of office products and services, including:
• IT solutions
• Printing services
• Office supplies and paper products
• Conduct in-person client visits and presentations
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales or B2B sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage time and territory effectively
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
