What You’ll Do

• Assist with landscaping projects including planting, mulching, trimming, and lawn maintenance
• Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment
• Load, unload, and move materials as needed
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Support the crew with various outdoor tasks throughout the day

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physical stamina to lift, bend, kneel, and be on your feet throughout the day
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude
• Experience with landscaping or outdoor labor is helpful but not required
