Express Employment is seeking a Medical Biller/Coder to join our client’s team. 

Key Responsibilities

·         Assign CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes for dermatology procedures; ensure accurate and compliant documentation

·         Submit claims and monitor status; follow up on denials, rejections, and unpaid claims

·         Resolve billing discrepancies and communicate with insurance companies and patients

·         Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits as needed

·         Post payments, reconcile accounts receivable, support audits, and maintain HIPAA compliance

Required Qualifications

• Experience with medical billing and coding, preferably in dermatology or a specialty clinic.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems.
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems and billing software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
