Shipping and Customer Service Clerk

 Pay:$19-21

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm 

 

Express is looking for a reliable warehouse associate for one of our great Canton clients. The role will include 

• Preparing and shipping labels
• Coordinating with carriers to schedule pickups 
• Assist with inventory, receiving and restocking & routine checks 
• Responding to customers inquiries via email, phone or chat 
• Shipping / Receiving

Ideal candidates will have previous warehouse and customer service experience 

 

 Requirements:

 

• Follow OSHA guidelines
• Reliable transportation
• High School Diploma
• Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of ERP system
