Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals is hiring for an Inside Marketing Representative on behalf of an independent insurance agency in Stuart, FL, specializing in auto and homeowners insurance. This position focuses on outbound marketing efforts, to existing clients. The representative will be responsible for collecting and recording information to help create and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing clients.
• Record and update client information accurately in the database.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
• Assist clients with inquiries by recording accurate information and transferring to appropriate customer service representative.
• Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed marketing and sales goals.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of calls.
• Comfortable with using CRM software or databases to record client interactions.
• 220 or 440 designation (Property and Casualty license) is a plus but not required.
