Schedule: 3 Days On / 2 Days Off – 12hr shifts/Day & Night Shifts

Position Summary:
The Production Operator is assigned to a specific production cell and is responsible for operating equipment, monitoring product quality, and supporting production line operations to ensure efficient manufacturing and packaging of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment within assigned work area

• Load gaskets, package finished pipe, and move bundled materials as needed

• Visually inspect products and measure pipe dimensions for quality control

• Record measurements and follow SPC charting requirements

• Assist with production line start-ups and changeovers

• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety procedures

• Report equipment issues, product defects, or safety concerns

• Support team members and assist other operators when needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 2+ yrs of Machine Operation

• Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures

• Able to perform physical work

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

• Ability to work in a loud manufacturing environment with moving equipment

• Comfortable working in hot, cold, and industrial conditions
