Job Summary:                                   Car Wash Facilities Maintenance Tech

 

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Car Wash Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Car Wash Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of our car wash equipment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality, safety, and cleanliness of our car wash facility. 

 

You will maintain 7 facilities around the Ft Myers area.  We do offer a company vehicle to drive to each location. 

 

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance tasks on car wash equipment, including but not limited to pumps, motors, conveyors, brushes, and dryers.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with car wash equipment to identify root causes of malfunctions.
3. Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
4. Conduct preventive maintenance inspections according to schedule to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
5. Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment necessary for repairs and replacements.
6. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
7. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
8. Assist in training new employees on proper operation and maintenance procedures.
9. Collaborate with management to implement improvements in equipment performance and efficiency.
10. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the car wash facility, including equipment rooms and maintenance areas.
