We are seeking a hard-working individual to join our production team. This role involves preparing, coating, and finishing metal components using industrial powder coating equipment. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and experience working in a manufacturing or finishing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare parts for coating by cleaning, masking, sanding, or blasting
• Operate spray guns, ovens, and other powder coating equipment
• Apply powder to metal surfaces evenly and according to specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality, thickness, and surface consistency
• Follow safety procedures for handling chemicals and operating machinery
• Maintain equipment and report any issues to supervisors
• Keep a clean and organized work area
• Meet production deadlines and quality standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in powder coating, industrial painting, or metal finishing preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
• Knowledge of surface prep and coating techniques is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and good hand‑eye coordination
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday: 6AM-4:30PM
• Overtime opportunities available
