Express Employment Professionals is seeking a hard-working individual to join our industrial manufacturing team. This role focuses on the assembly of conveyor belt systems and industrial machinery, requiring strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. You will work with various mechanical components, frames, motors, rollers, belts, and automated system parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble conveyor belt systems, components, and hardware according to blueprints and work instructions
• Build and align industrial machinery, ensuring proper fit and function
• Install motors, rollers, bearings, belts, guards, and related components
• Use hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and measurement instruments safely
• Inspect finished assemblies and verify compliance with quality standards
• Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and adjustments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods
• Familiarity with tools such as drills, wrenches, grinders, and alignment tools
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday: 6AM-4:30PM
• Overtime available as needed
