CNC Machine Operator – Woodworking
Pay: $22–$30 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator with woodworking experience to join our production team. This role involves operating CNC routers and woodworking equipment to manufacture high-quality wood components for commercial and residential applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC routers to cut and shape wood materials

• Load materials, change tooling, and run production jobs

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and CNC programs

• Perform basic program edits and machine adjustments as needed

• Work with hardwoods, softwoods, and composite materials

• Use woodworking tools such as table saws, routers, and sanders

• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality standards

• Perform sanding, finishing, and prep work as required

• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous CNC machine operating experience (woodworking preferred)

• Strong understanding of woodworking processes and materials

• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately

• Experience with CNC routers and basic G-code knowledge

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CAD/CAM software

• Background in cabinet making, door shops, or millwork

• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain CNC machines
