Framer (Construction)
Pay: $20–$22 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and dependable Framers to join our construction team. This role involves building and assembling the structural framework of residential and/or commercial projects, including walls, floors, and roofs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct and install wood or metal framing for walls, floors, and roofs

• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and measurements

• Measure, cut, and assemble materials using hand and power tools

• Install studs, joists, trusses, and sheathing

• Ensure structures are level, square, and properly aligned

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean job site

• Work closely with team members to meet project deadlines

Qualifications:

• Previous framing or construction experience preferred

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately

• Familiarity with hand and power tools (saws, nail guns, drills)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with residential or commercial framing

• Knowledge of building codes and construction practices

• Ability to work from blueprints independently
