Metal Fabricator – Manufacturing
Pay: $20–$30 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time

Position Overview:
A growing manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to support the production of industrial blending equipment and components. This role involves working with stainless steel and other metals to fabricate, assemble, and finish high-quality parts used in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders

• Fabricate metal components using cutting, grinding, drilling, and forming techniques

• Perform MIG and TIG welding, primarily on stainless steel

• Assemble parts and subassemblies for industrial equipment

• Operate fabrication machinery such as press brakes, shear machines, and saws

• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met

• Maintain proper measurements and tolerances throughout production

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in metal fabrication within a manufacturing environment

• Strong blueprint reading and measuring skills

• Experience working with stainless steel preferred

• Proficient in MIG and/or TIG welding

• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and work ethic

Preferred Skills:

• Experience fabricating parts for industrial equipment or machinery

• Welding certifications are a plus

• Familiarity with quality control standards in manufacturing
