Hiring maintenance technicians for a client in Downtown area

 

As a maintenance technician, you will perform interior and exterior preventative and repair maintenance, including, but not limited to general maintenance requests, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting. You will be required to communicate effectively with residents, guests, and team members while operating in a safe manner and to uphold safety and operational standards.

The ideal candidate must be experienced with apartment maintenance repair, detail-oriented, organized, energetic, engaging, and possess excellent interpersonal skills and be problem-solving oriented.

Requirements:

-Minimum one year of maintenance technician experience required, multifamily experience preferred

-Experience in two or more trades: Electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, HVAC maintenance
